Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £10.00 per person per night is required to make a confirmed booking.

This deposit will be refunded^† if the booking is cancelled and notice given more than 4 days prior to the date of arrival.

The deposit will be forfeit if :

• the booking is cancelled less than 4 days prior to the date of arrival, or

• if guests do not arrive on the date of their arranged Check-In.
   

For your own protection we strongly advise you to take out suitable travel Insurance for your journey.

^†If the booking deposit was paid using a credit or debit card the refund will be the full deposit amount less the card processing fee charged by the card issuer (usually 2-3%).
